Home Vacancy Concierge

Our concierge service can provide home checks including a complete post departure checklist to ensure that your home is ready for the next visit.

Home checks can be done as frequently as our clients request. We provide:

Postal check
Security system monitoring

Price Details

Consultation

An introductory consultation is complementary to new clients. We like to ensure that we are able to meet the needs and requests of our clients before taking on an initial project

Standard Rate

We have a standard charge per hour. It does not include any cost of goods (including but not limited to groceries, decorations, shipping and packaging costs, etc...)

*Outside or contracted services are as quoted.

Retainer Rate

A retainer rate can be obtained by purchasing a block of time with a minimum of 10 hours.

Concierge services that only require phone services will have a minimum charge of 30 minutes and increments of 15 minutes after. All other concierge services will have a minimum charge of one hour and in 15 minute increments after.

Statements

A monthly statement will be mail or emailed with the balance of retained time as well as a summary of what services were provided for that month. All copies of cost of goods purchased, will be included with the summary.

Billing

We accept Visa/ Mastercard, Apple Pay and Pay Pal. Payment is due at the end of service. Clients utilizing our retainer services and have prepurchased hours will received a bill for any cost of goods that are due at end of service.
